My eyes glisten as i look into the sky
I carefully listen as playful bunnies hop bye
I run down the damp wooden stairs
I jump down as i start to think
I sped outside as the watery grass hits my feet
I sit down with the bunnies and gave a good greet

"drop drop" goes the rain as i stomp across the muddy swap. It had been raining for 3 days straight. I slowly lift my shoes up out of the swap to climb out. I turn around and say "hurry up hebe!" as he replies "im trying but this mud is so thick". "ugh why did i agree to this" mumbles hebe "i thought it was just a short tramp OK" i say back.
"UGH i wish i was in hawaii" says hebe as he starts to wobble around. Hebe starts to feel sick and wobbles around uncontrollably. I hold onto him and sit him down on my lap "are you ok" i say as i start to feel sick to. Our heads start spinning as we drop to the ground.
I wake up i slowly open my eyes to see me and hebe laying in the sand. I get confused and wake up hebe "hey hebe how did we get from cold rainy forest to hot sunny beach?" I say as he slowly gets up. "don't ask me" he said as he squints his eyes. I get up and look for somebody to ask where they are. "um excuse me" i say to a tourist " do you know where i am?" "your in hawaii?" the tourist replies "WAIT WHAT" i say shocked "I WAS JUST SAYING I WANTED TO GO TO HAWAII" hebe replies excitedly. "how did we get here in the first place..." hebe says "i don't know... magic i guess" I say "MAGIC are you serious... were we kidnapped???".
I look over my shoulder to find two pink bunnies that were ridiculously big. They had fluffy ears, pink fur, blue eyes and big feet. They stomp closer to us and give us some chocolate "hello we are scarlet and charlotte we are twin sisters" they say "thank you for the chocolate" I says while stuffing my face "I WANTED SOME TO YA KNOW" hebe shouts. "well i guess we should go enjoy our vacation" hebe says "don't have to tell me twice i say as we walk across the sand beach to a nice hotel that has a free buffet breakfast.

Many black stripes cover the fuzzy main of this creature called a zebra. The beautiful colours should definitely stand out among the dull grey but not a single horse notices as they prance up a big tall mountain. The zebra is lost and is trying to find a way home out of this green and brown forest.
They struggle to find there way out of the forest as they follow the bright light. Tiny baby foxes come scrambling out of a bush and startle the horses. They yelp and accidentally change direction and head straight for a cliff. The brave zebra races infront to change the direction of the pack and lead them out of the big forest.
They get to the other side and there stands the pack of zebras eating their lunch of grass. The zebra gallops towards its pack and there it will stay as the horses carry on their journey.
We arrive at his house it is very old and dirty and the wallpaper is falling off and the flooring is damp. The pictures on the walls are crooked and dusty.
I hold onto my teddy tight as we enter the kitchen. The pots and pans are broken there are smashed plates scattered along the ground the cabinets are empty and the bench is grotty smothered in grease and other rotting foods. I say to my grandmother "this house is very dirty... and a little scary" I mumble in fear. "its ok my dear nothing will hurt you it's just an old house" my grandmother says.
We walk into the children's room its filled with ripped up teddies and the bed is creaky. The wardrobe wobbles when you walk up to it and the mirror is shattered.
I take a deep breath before walking into the parents room. The blanket is torn up and so is the carpet. The drawers have scratches all over it and it can barely stand up. The bathroom door has a hole through it.
I step into the bathroom as a shiver runs down my spine. The walls are covered in red painted the sink is filled with black goop. The toilet seat is gone and the showers door is broken. "this house is disgusting" I say to my grandma as she looks back shocked "don't you dare say that about this house" grandma says angrily.
We walk back into the lounge. I sit down onto the wet patched up sofa as cockroaches come crawling out. I look at the paintings as my grandma goes out to get some lunch. i look closer at the paintings as blood drips down the eyes of a girl sitting in a meadow "AHHHH" i shout as my grandma comes running in "are you alright" she says in a worried tone "yes i'm fine" i say as i look back at the painting *oh... i was just hallucinating* i think in my head "don't worry grandma i think i'm just tired" i say as i head to my room.
I walk into my room as the floor creaks. I jump into my bed and say goodnight to my grandma "if you need me i'll be in your uncle's room" says grandma as she kisses me goodnight. As she walks away i get this funny feeling like somethings watching me but i try to keep my mind off of it. I try to fall asleep but i feel strange i toss and turn but something doesn't feel right. I open my eyes and sit up i turn around to find my door wide opened. I look closer and see a dark black figure in the distance with a cold red stare looking straight at me.
I flinch and wake up *oh it was just a dream* i think in my head as i walk out into the sunlight. I come into the kitchen and see my grandma cleaning it up "would you like some help?" i say "yes that would be great" says my grandmother. We both finish cleaning and the kitchen looks spotless "great job" says grandma as she reaches for something inside her bag.
"look what i got for you at the shop" she says as she pulls out a new barbie doll "THANK YOU GRANDMA" i say excited as i open the package. "now let's go to the cafe to celebrate" grandma says "put the barbie in your room so its safe". We had a fun time at the cafe i got a blueberry muffin it was yummy... but little did i know what was waiting for me at home.
I step into my house as I feel cold breeze. I stop for a second as i feel something strange i walk into my room to find black goop splattered on the walls with a red mark spelling *GET OUT*. My poor poor barbie laying on the ground torn apart with pieces scattered everywhere. I fall to the ground in disbelief and start to cry.
You have fallen out of your boat. how could you save yourself?.
I feel my tummy drop as grey clouds roll into the sky. Big clumps of water splat onto my face. The clouds get darker and darker as i hear the sound of thunder striking the ground. The waves get higher as i take a deep breath. A wave crashes into my boat as i sink into the sea. I swim up to the surface and take a huge breath. I'm about to drown but first i try to climb on top of the drenched wooden boat. Then I yell "HELP HELP PLEASE" really loud.
The other people around hear my cries and come fast to help. They grab the life vest and strap it around me tight so if i fall off there boat ill be safe. Then they grab my paddle and take me on their sturdy boat to swim to safety. I get dropped off at the dock where ill be safe and go home with my parents.

This week i have learnt that knowing you basic add to tens can help you with bigger numbers when adding.

today we had to chose a type of art. I chose visual art (drawing,art,painting). I chose art because i like to draw.
We had to fold a piece of paper into fourths and go outside and draw some art that you find in nature. I drew a leaf on a rock, tree, clover and a rock next to water. I thought my leaf on a rock was very pretty and i liked the way i drew it.
I thought it was challenging to try to stay in the heat outside.
If i could do something differently i would try doing a little shading on my pictures. I enjoyed drawing the roots of the tree.p-
On Tuesday we went to kids in space. First we put on white,orange and blue space suits (some people didn't want to wear the suits). We learned how to do many things in space from eating food to going toilet. We also made many things like a paper spaceship and a paper drone. We learnt many things about space when we went to kids in space.

This is a sad monkey. All the other monkeys are mean to him and make him cry. He wants to be a singer when he is older but they say he is not good and he is bad. He cry in his room and becoms depresed. He liks to make songs.
His best one is called “Monkey pants” . This weekend, he is going to audition for Monkeys Got talent.

“That is the absoultihe best sinjing i have ever herd in my loife.” They all clap their hands and monkey smirks at the boollies.

The boolies respond and say ‘well watch us sinj. We are way better. We are ariana grandes cousins, dogs, parents, mother, great uncles, aunties, dogs, cats, mouses, monkeys best friend. So we are ariana grande.

The little boy stood in front of a huge twisty beanstalk. He took a deep breath before venturing up the big plant. Sweat falling from his face as he climbed higher and higher. He grabbed onto a leaf and it slowly opened revealing a door "ahh" he screamed as a beam of light shined into his eyes. He calmed down and climbed through the small door. On the other side there were clouds all over the ground. A big castle stood before his eyes. "woah" he said in disbelief "is that a castle a real castle" he slowly creeped up to the doors of the huge castle. He opened the door and walked inside "hello" he mumbled as he walked down the halls. He roamed the halls endlessly trying to find someone inside the castle. He found a room that was making a lot of noise kind of like snoring. He opened the door and... "AHHHHH" he screamed.

A little girl with a red and black dress on and short brown hair open the door slowly. She takes a look at the man and burst into tears "g-granddad"she says with a stuttering voice. She runs up to him and gives him a big hug "i missed you" she says.
She brings him into the house and gives him a cookie as the mum slowly turns around "dad' a lady says with brown long hair and a appren onruns up to give him a hug. She turns around "come in here max" she says as a little boy with blond hair and little overalls comes in "grandpa" he shouts as he jumps into his arms. he looks up to him "it took you so long to come back i missed you" he says in a muffled voice.

The earth is the only planet that has life on it. it has many different layers inside it and i'm going to explain each one.
crust:
The crust is made from water and tectonic plates. When tectonic plates push together it will make earthquakes
and sometimes mountains. The crust is the only part of earth that has life.
mantle:
The mantle is the hottest part of the earth. It is made out of liquid rock. When volcanoes erupt it's the mantle
exploding the lava into the volcanoes.
outer core:
The outer core is 2,250 km and made from liquid iron. It surrounds the inner core.
inner core:
The inner core is made from solid iron. It's the very middle of the earth. The core is 7,100 km about the size of mars. The core is the magnet in earth.
now we know all about the layers in our planet earth.
A big house slightly crumbling with rocks is in sight. Fuzzy moss like a furry puppy that's all wet is covering the house. It has vines scattered across the house. Dark windows that look mysterious and gloomy like a dark forest so gloomy and mysterious. And there is a creaky door at the very front of the house.
A little fairy walks up to her little home with her tiny toes so cute her hair flowing in the wind. Her sparkling wings flutter as she reaches for the rocky doorknob. Her eyes glimmer in the sun as she slowly turns the knob.
The fairy trembles as she searches through her pockets. She gasps in terror “WHERE ARE MY KEYS” she searches and searches. She shivers “my keys are inside she mumbles “What will I do” she says.
She sat on the cold ground and started to pout as she slowly looked up to her window “I can climb inside through the WINDOW '' she yells as she flutters up to her dark gloomy window. She drank a potion as she slowly grew smaller and smaller and flew straight through the window. She says in a bold voice “I will never lose my keys again”.
What I made
I made a v-hut with a long drop a garden and a bed with chairs.
How I made it
I made it with cardboard, hot glue, paint and stones. I used cardboard to cut out our v-hut and we cut out card for the garden and long drop. I used stones to cover the v-hut so it was nice and strong.
What went well
My v-hut is stable because it used to wobble and shake.
What would I do differently next time
I would try to have a team mate so it would get done quickly. I may have tried to use clay instead of wood next time.
Why did I work by myself
I worked by myself because I don't like sharing or getting told what to do I like doing it my way.
My eyes glimmering in the light of the shimmering stars that float in the sky, waiting to reveal itself. The beautiful clouds of stardust scatter around the night sky slowly getting brighter and brighter. There is a dark gloomy sky that is filled with the brightest things that make it the sweetest at night.
A small little boy walks up to the shining creek. He slowly steps into the cold water and it eminently freezes and leaves him walking on thin ice. He dropped his camera onto the ice. It shone when he took a picture of the glowing sky.
He had a project filled with the stars and milky ways that glow in the night. He was trying to find a deep black hole like they said in the news. If he could find one he would be the student of the year. His eyes burst with joy as he took the final picture of the glowing milky way.

HUGE DINOSAUR! she gasps as her wings spread apart and she fly's up the hill and inside the warm cave. she leaps onto her warm leaf bed and snuggles into my arms as we slowly drift to sleep.

Coming to New Zealand was a good decision for everyone? I disagree.

It was a bad decision for the Europeans to have come to NZ everyone but mostly moari because the Europeans brought diseases and parasites to NZ. The Europeans also brought measles and the flu to NZ and made lots of people suffer. Now loads of people in New Zealand die of diseases and parasites.
The Europeans took all of the Maoris land. The Europeans started cutting moari forests trees down an used the land to make houses and farms in the 1800s. By the 1900s the moari were mistreated and had less than the Europeans.
In conclusion I think it was a bad decision because the Moari had to suffer from diseases and parasites and their land was destroyed because of the Europeans.
The grey misty fog flows across the rickety railways covering the lush green trees. The spongy moss spread across the creaking dusty railway. Buzzing bugs swarm the air making a sound that gets louder and louder. The plants hang above the railway swinging back and forward in the powerful wind. The long green grass drups at the noise of a rickety train slowly getting closer and closer to the railway.
There are 5 people sitting inside the train all waiting to get to their destination. They are waiting to get to the new and improved nature zoo in the forest. The zoo has a mysterious unknown species of animal called the chickerafe (chicken + giraffe = chickerafe). The chickrafe has a bright long spotted neck, big long furry wings. a sharp shiny beak, and four long polka dotted legs.
The train driver started to slowly stop the train in shock "WHY ARE WE STOPPING" and old lady yelled "b-b-b-because Their is a big hole in the railway" the driver said with a squeaky voice. The railway had two huge holes in the middle the wood had fallen into the disgusting and dirty swamp bellow. All of the people started to panic "WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE" someone screamed.
