The Reflecting Light

It was the break of dawn, the wooden raft creaks as the light reflects along the wavy waters as the paddle pushes us forwards. The sky light pink and blue tones matches together with the beautiful mountains. The green trees swish around to the wind going around and around side to side. The plants float in the water drenched in muddy goop. The sea brown and mucky with plastic and sludge. The palm trees tower over as we reach land. We tie our boat up to a rough and sturdy tree and set up camp. We throw stones across the water to pass time. The water ripples against the stones. The ropes hang from the trees as we settle into our tents. We look up at the sky as we slowly fall asleep to the sound of the rain drops hitting the ground.
